Let's turn off the lights and turn on our flashlights!
When I'm at school with your little guys they are always asking to turn out the lights. The dark creates such a sense of mystery and delight. It is a simple way to amp up the fun during the day.
Break out the flashlights and .........
- go on a treasure hunt...hide a favourite toy and creep around to find it.
- make a blanket tent...climb inside and read your favourite stories in the glowing light.
- make shadow stories against the wall...use your stuffed animals to create the shadow!
